Aluminum body and paint bubbling and showing corrosion on doors, hood, and hinges. I called jeep but they are saying that the issue is only on the Gladiator, which is not accurate. It's also on the Wrangler Sport that I have, and they don't want to fix it. What do I do?

There is significant paint bubbling around all the door hinges and on the hood as well. This poses a concern because the areas are increasing in size as well as a safety issue as they-??re around the door hinges. This Jeep was sold to us in Sept 2022 with these issues. The defect is getting worse.

Bubble paint appeared on all the car doors including the truck door as well as the engine door and the windshield frame driver corner. I went to south bank dealer in Ottawa and the took pictures many time and they say approved and never call. And then they say they will fix the spots only which is so weird to fix rusted bubbled paint in a new car. They should change all the doors as the metal is already damaged by rust. These cars are expensive and quality and guarantees should be provided for such vehicles. The factory should recall my car for full repaint or change color if needed on new doors and the whole car. You can go on Google and just type bubble paint on Jeep and you will see these cars are treated in the market. The company treated this car like garbage because of the paint reputation on a famous American car. I first reported to the dealer on November 2022 and then Jan or Feb 2023 ( don-??t remember) My phone number is 1613-262-6661

On January 2, 2023, at about 4:00 PM I encountered the -??Death Wobble-?? while driving in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler (2-door) VIN: [XXX], purchased from Dave Smith Motors, Kellogg, ID on about 7/17/2020. I was driving North on I-15 about 10 miles South of Nephi, UT. I was traveling in the left lane at Freeway speeds (75-80 mph) when the front of the vehicle commenced to shake violently. My first thought was that both front tires had blown, although I did not observe any obstacles on the wet driving lanes. My second thought was, how do I get out of these mess without causing a major accident on that very busy stretch of Freeway holiday traffic? I, of course, braked and pulled to the left in an attempt to avoid getting rear-ended and immediately encountered snow and ice on the left shoulder and then on the ground adjacent to the Freeway. I managed to get off the Freeway, but continued to fishtail, almost losing control on the snow and ice. Eventually the vehicle ended up in a sideways slide perpendicular to the Freeway with the front of the vehicle aimed at the Freeway and heavy TRAFFIC! At that point I had no control over the vehicle as it continued to slide sideways headed for a huge drainage ditch. Luckily, we stopped before the precipice. I scrambled out of the vehicle as soon as it stopped sliding to see what had happened to the front end of the Jeep. There was no obvious damage, the tires were not flat, and I couldn-??t figure out what had happened. I have now received a NOTICE OF PROPOSED CLASS SETTLEMNT, that upon further research informs me that 2020 Jeep Wranglers have a manufacture defect that causes the -??Death Wobble-?? in precisely the conditions that existed with me. -??-??2020 Jeep Wranglers -??have a front suspension steering damper defect that causes the steering wheel and front suspension of the vehicle to shake after contact with a bumpy road surface at highway speed.-?? I was not aware of the Manufacturer's defect. The JEEP is unsafe!! INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (F

Test drove a 2020 Jeep sahara on 8/7/2020 and drove good. Bought a white one but was not ready so it was going to get delivered the next day at my house. White 2020 Jeep sahara was delivered on 8/8/2020 at around 12:00 pm. Salesman showed all features and left. I did a test drive around 5:00pm, wen on the highway and steering was really off, did a turn around to come back home. At 55 pmh I tried to change lanes and I I lost control and ended up in a ditch. Steeting was very loose going left to right and right to left. Felt I was swerving so much and did not feel the same as the one we test drove at the dealership. Called dealership told me that since the vehicle is still brand new that the roadside assitance was not avaible, left me there in the ditch and I had to call my insurance. This happened in san antonio, tx. Do not buy Jeep!!!

Quality of the suspension welds to the frame of the Jeep. The drivers side rear suspension bracket appears to have quality issues (e.g., porosity, consistency, appearance). Removal of the bracket showed signs of porosity impacting the frame. Vehicle was stationary during the work being done on the Jeep other welds on the frame and suspension brackets appear to have quality issues

Bonded intrusion bar separated from door skin. Separation causes rubbing/chaffing/noise when door is operated and was what alerted me to the presence of the issue. Taken to dealership and was told the door must be replaced in order to fix the issue. This exact same issue happened in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler rubicon and they replaced the front two doors on my Jeep. Fca has clearly not corrected this design issue, and I am concerned that it leads to a weakened structural integrity/safety feature of the vehicle. I am also concerned that because the fix includes repainting part of a brand new vehicle, many people will not want to have their vehicles repaired. Also, depending on personality, it may be very easy to overlook the noise that called my attention to the issue in the first place. Bonding like this is used extensively in modern vehicles. If they have a problem with it in this location, do they have a problem with it in other locations or vehicles that aren't being addressed. Clearly there is evidence that this is a continued issue across model years, not an isolated incident.
