Summary

Diesel Low Pressure Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Cleaning This bulletin involves cleaning the diesel low pressure EGR valve. Vehicles may display a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set:P045E - EGR -B- Control Stuck Open.
