- Flash: Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the DASM with the latest software available. The customer may describe the following:Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) warnings for the FCW informing the driver to apply the brakes. Software Enhancement (06/02/2020)? Allows customers to turn off the FCW indefinitely, rather than resetting to ?ON? at each key cycle, (Japan and South Korea only). This is an incremental change, which builds upon the 11/22/2019 changes for the symptom described below. The (11/22/2019) release provided limited system improvements to enhance the FCW system hazard detection which may reduce nuisance actions and warnings from incorrectly identified structures and hazards, which can in rare circumstances cause an unwarranted brake event.
