- Summary
- Flash: Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) Diagnostic and System Updates Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set: ?**P0A80-00 - Replace Hybrid/EV Battery Pack. ? P0EDD-00 - Contactor Wear Counter Far Advanced.** ? P0AC5-00 - Hybrid/EV Battery Temperature Sensor "B" Circuit. ? P2B28-00 - Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Coolant Pump Performance. ? P0A1F-09 - Battery Energy Control Module A Internal Performance-Component Failures. ? P1A1E-00 - Hybrid Thermal System Control Circuit. ? P0A94-03 - DC/DC "A" Converter Performance-FM/PWM Failures. ? P0A94-05 - DC/DC "A" Converter Performance-System Programming Failures. ? U0293-00 - Lost Communication With Hybrid Control Module. ? U1886-00 - Battery Energy Control Module Lost Communication With ECM/PCM. In addition, the customer may comment on one or more of the following conditions: ? **Battery light on in the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).** ? Extremely short auto-stops during a 0 °C (32 °F) temperature. This bulletin involves updating the BPCM with the latest available software.
