UJQ Radio Enhancements
This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to:22.5 Without Digital Audio Broadcasting (Sales Code RS9).
21.10 With RS9.
Customers may experience one or more of the following: Arabic language is missing (Without RS9). Navigation inoperable (Without RS9). Bottom menu bar of the radio is non responsive or frozen (Without RS9).
After viewing the weather map following a flood advisory popup, the main soft key's at the bottom of the screen may not respond when pressed (Without RS9). Radio will not turn off (Without RS9). Poor AM/FM Reception (Without RS9). Uconnect Live feature may not function properly (EMEA only). Radio may reset, turn off and then back on. Radio display screen freezes. Can freeze in any mode: navigation, audio or backup camera. Audio distortion heard during phone calls and CarPlay®. Rear View Camera (RVC) display screen turns blue or green.
