Jeep won't shift, wants to run at 3500 RPMS no matter what speed you're going and it often chugs as it's stuck between gears. Jeep says there is nothing wrong with it. I have taken it in twice for the same issue. They claim this is normal even though my husband owns the exact same model and year of Jeep and his does not have this issue. Basically gave up on getting it fixed because they treated me like I was an idiot. At least its documented for when the tranny blows up completely
