This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
During a high-speed collision/accident the vehicle had a high speed impact and rolled several times during the accident. The airbag system did not deploy as it should have the airbags in the seats for the sides, and the back did not deploy the driver of the vehicle myself was injured severely and ejected from the vehicle due to the airbags, not deploying, I sustained multiple injuries the only airbag that deployed was from the steering wheel which cause multiple rib fractures, and no other airbags were deployed The drivers seatbelt was locked, and could not be removed, unable to open the seatbelts.
I swerved to miss a deer.I ran off a big drop off&hit on mainly the driver's side.there was over $26K damage repairs done.they have decided to total my Jeep with a little over 36K miles.I ran off the raid&hit on mainly the driver's side.my air bags never deployed but most importantly my seat belt did not prevent me from hitting my face on the steering wheel.I have a gash above my right eye that the emts advised me to go to a hospital to have stitches.butbwith the covid-19 epidemic fully in force I decided not to go to the next county for medical.assitance since my local hospital is not equipped to preform the medical assistance that was needed. I missed several.days of work for this incident. I'm asking for answers to why my air bags did not deploy but most importantly I'm wanting & needing to know why my seat belt did not prevent my face from hitting the steering wheel & also warping my steering wheel in the process. Please I need answers for I've always wanted & dreamed of owning a Jeep. Then I finally was able to purchase one but I need to know that it is also safe for me & my family.

I noticed, all be it 9 months after buying, my 2018 Jeep Wrangler unlimited rear seat belt is almost cut in two pieces. I don't have people in my vehicle that often, maybe once every couple months. I advised my dealer of the issue in January when I took it in for an oil change. The service manager told me "they tend to do that, its from the seats being laid down". he stated mine was so bad there was no way he could warranty it. He then told me to take it and have it patched, really have it patched? here it is 3 months later and the drivers side rear seat belt is doing the same thing and my seats haven't been let down.
Electrical issues incl but not limited to: Gauge readouts incorrect, ECM not allowing proper shifts. Engine problems with the valve lifters making noise and broken.
