Fuel Tank
1) Before replacing this part due to fault code P0441, check for restriction due to
plastic over-flash in the Purge Hose Port of the Intake Manifold for the ERB (3.6L
engine only). If there is flash in the Purge Hose Port of the Intake Manifold, then
remove the flash with a 5/32? drill bit and clean the Intake Manifold of any flash
debris. 2) Before replacing this part due to ?Hard to Fuel Fill? condition, check the
Fuel Filler Tube for restriction in the Vent Tube. If there is blockage, then replace
the Fuel Filler Tube. Contact Sylvia H. Lopez at (248) 520-9734 before replacing the
Tank. If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes, then continue the repair.
