Check engine light cylinder 6 misfire. Diagnosis cylinders 6 and 2 not holding compression due to leaking past the valves. This well taken care of Jeep with relatively low mileage has now cost me $8000 in cumulative engine repairs. I no longer have faith in the brand and traded it in. Shame really because I loved the Jeep but the repairs were unacceptable. Online research has revealed that all the problems with this Jeep are known issues. The heater core failing on drivers side, the oil adapter/cooler leaking oil, the left cylinder head cylinders 6 and 2 not holding compression. At one point there was even a recall on the left heads but my VIN didn't qualify. If FCA can accept a one or two percent failure rate or whatever it is out of millions of engines then they have lost my loyalty. I have owned other makes, both new and used, and have never been let down like this.
