**Incident Description:** While driving my Jeep Wrangler, the ABS warning light illuminated on the dashboard. Upon further inspection and research, it was determined that the ABS control module had failed, affecting the vehicle's braking system. This failure poses a significant safety risk, as it compromises the anti-lock braking function and overall stability during emergency stops or adverse road conditions. I have discovered that this issue is not isolated to my vehicle; it has been reported as a recurring problem among Jeep Wrangler owners on various forums and online communities. Many owners have shared similar experiences with the ABS control module failing and the warning light appearing. To date, the problem has not been resolved. The vehicle has been inspected by an independent service center, which confirmed the failure of the ABS control module. No prior symptoms or warning lamps were observed until the ABS warning light appeared. This appears to be a systemic issue affecting numerous Jeep Wranglers, warranting further investigation and potentially a recall to ensure driver safety.
Abs, traction control, and brake lights are on abs control module is out and there are no parts available to make repairs and this has been a problem for awhile now.so I have a vehicle I can't use because stlantis has no parts avaliable
ABS Module. The safety lights are on for the ABS Module. We verified the fuses were all good, and replaced them with new ones, just in case. I took the car to a mechanic who used a handheld computer to reset the warning. The warning lights came back on as soon as I started the engine. My mechanic attempted to order the module, but we are getting that it is on back order. We had been told it would be at the dealership in Oct 16th, but is still not available today Oct 31st. I understand that if for any reason I have to slam on the breaks, there is a chance that my brakes will fail. I entered our VIN but received the message that our Jeep is not listed as on recall. Other 2015 Jeeps are on the list, but ours has failed?? Doesn't seem right. I'm was not looking for free to begin with, but do need to correct this issue. Neither option is to available.

My antilock brake system failed and made it where I cannot set my cruise control and the part that is required to fix has been on nation wide backorder since September 30 of 2023 this is unacceptable for a safety part to be that hard to replace and if that many are on backorder it should be recalled. The ck engine light would go on and off for a few monthes
The traction control light and ABS dash lights will come on and the vehicle will jerk and bog down while driving. It is very dangerous and needs to be fixed. I looked on jeep forum to see if I could see what's going on with it and there were a bunch of jeeps that have the same problem.

ABS brake light and traction light will randomly turn on and cause the car to automatically brake while driving in traffic. This almost caused me to be rear ended by the car behind me.
Vehicles electronic swaybar assembly shorted out in light rain causing cascading faults in abs braking system and power train system. Have video of issue occurring and paperwork from dealer documenting all of the error codes created by the short in the swaybar.
Take the vehicle to service department repair brakes which had calipers locked up and picked up the vehicle but the brakes went to near the floor took back the vehicle and it is romaine there now to figure out the problem total of 1 week so far also when driving home with it vehicle had to pump the brakes to get stopped
While slowing to a stop from very low speed, on a paved city street, the brakes failed. Pedal was all the way to the floor, and seemed as if the Jeep accelerated slightly, and the ABS was possibly activating and releasing? causing minor damage traffic collision with stopped car in front of me. I am a retired traffic accident investigator, and was not distracted, I could not recreate the same malfunction after the collision.
While pulling out of my driveway I gently pressed the acceleration pedal and the vehicle started to glad the traction control light on the dash and the brakes were applied via the ABS system. The car lost all forward momentum. I thought maybe the car had just broke traction even though I was on a flat surface that was paved and dry. However, when pulling out of the end of my street the same event happened and put me in a compromising position because the vehicle stopped in oncoming traffic that I was attempting to pull across and there was a car coming. Thankfully I was able to get out of the lane of traffic before I was T-boned in the driver side door.
