Bought Jeep brand new & went for the 2nd oil change. Dealer updated the software cause there was a calling for it. Ever since then, I have complained that the Jeep shifts at almost 5000 RPM's. I'm not hot-rodding either. Hell, I still have the original shoes on him. Never been in mud or water either. Dealer says they can't get the Jeep to replicate the problem. My hubby barely drives it & it did it to him on more than one occasion. I've complained about this since 2014!! Ugh
