In the middle of February 2014 my girlfriend and I test drove two Jeep Unlimited Sahara's at Kia Jeep on Central Avenue in Schenectady, NY. James Tillman was the salesman. At that time both the Polar Unlimited, as well as the Billet Unlimited had soft tops, brand new in the boxes in them. We went back and purchased both of these vehicles. We took possession of them on February 23, 2014. Upon getting home we realized that we had the storage bags in both and the soft top in the Polar Edition, but not in the Billet Color Jeep. When we have called the dealership they have blown us off, not called us back and now that we have called the 1-800 Jeep number and filed a complaint they did finally call us back and offer to install a soft top for us at the great price of $1,500.00!!
When we called the Jeep 1-800 number they told us that upon running the VIN number the Jeep should have been shown at the dealership with the soft top on, not the hard top and should have been sold that way. We had spoken with Tiffany. Now when calling back with the Case number today and asking for additional help we are getting a different song and dance from an agent named Brandon. He said it does not come with the soft top.
This is just amazing customer service, isn't it? We have spent $80,000.00 in vehicles and this is what we get??? Amazingly awesome!!! We will never go to this dealer or Jeep again!!! Thank you very much for the lack of service and for stealing what we bought Jeep Kia Chrysler Dodge Ram, we figure that's helping pay for your new showroom on Central Ave!!!! Garrett Robinson
