Part Description: Element Assy - Heated Seat Front Lt and Rt
Issue Description:
2013 JK(Wrangler) vehicles built from 2013 Start Of Production 7/23/12 to 1/29/13 with heated seats that become inoperative at cold temperatures below 10 degrees.~
Dealers should NOT replace the Heated Seat Module 68138715AA. Dealers should order a new driver and passenger heated seat back pad to correct this issue when the WiTech indicates Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1092 or B1096. ~ Both driver and passenger HEATED SEAT BACK PAD parts should be replaced even if only one seat exhibits the issue.~
The repair entails removing the seat back trim cover, cutting off the pigtail of the original element and placing the replacement element part over the original part and making the electrical connection
