We have had this jeep since 2013 all repairs were up to date with recalls included. The jeep was taken in for repair and should of had a head replace but issue was apparently never resolved. Now the jeep burns oil and engine light stays on. It runs horrible so I had it diagnosed. The jeep only has 44,000 miles on it, but age knocks out the warranty.
The problem I am bitching about is that this head should have been replaced when it was under warranty. When I call the only response I get is your VIN does not have the recall on it. This problem is what has been wrong with all the 2013 Jeeps. There way out is to say my VIN number was not covered by this exact problem we have with our Jeep. Our repair cost is nearly $4000. I have to do it because the jeep is like brand new, I show this jeep because of the age, mileage and cleanliness. It has won trophies. I want in a Class Action Lawsuit if there is one. I get no help from Jeep on this matter.
