2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited overheated to the point of shutting down on 2/28/18. There is documented history of this problem tying back due to known manufacturing defect(2012) in part casting. No recall was ever issued, although two Class Action lawsuits have been filed, yet unresolved. JEEP customer service says because the problem occurred outside of 36000 warranty, JEEP can't offer assistance to replace the radiator. The radiator problem was first detected in 2012 and addressed radiator for model years 2012-2017.

Dealership claims we are at fault for not having coolant flushed. Didn’t expect to need it until at least 100,000 miles like my Ford vehicles.
