am writing to complain about a failure of the cooling system at my Car (Jeep Wrangler2013) It seems that the radiator front hose is fragile to bear the high temperature and pressure of the engine's cooling cycle. While i was driving my car i suddenly noticed a thick white smoke flowing out of my car's hood and almost all of the cooling water of my car is out. Other time the car was extremely hot so i stopped and we opened the hood and suddenly the radiator hose blew up at our faces causing a third class burning injury to a relative we called the ambulance then rushed to the nearby hospital, it was really a serious injury and left scars all over his chest and face. This failure happened 4 times in a row and every single time i visit the Egyptian agent (El Tarek) service center of Alexandria,Egypt, the engineer who is in charge tells me that this incident is on my responsibility with such a bad manner and it isn't a common failure and the guarantee won't afford this kind of issues. Every time i agreed to pay all the repairing charges but it continued to happen. I have extended my guarantee before to solve this kind of problems and every time the Egyptian agent fails me, Although i don't miss the Periodic maintenance and none outside the authorized Service center of the Egyptian agent (El Tarek) does a thing at my car.
I am sending this complaint to Chrysler the main international corporation to help me concerning the incidents above and i am expecting your reply as soon as possible my guarantee period will come to an end at 29-9-2017 And i can't take nomore risks concerning this issue which may affect my safety and the safety of others moreover the car's engine or the surrounding hoses and cables. I didn't complain to Chrysler international before as i thought that the Egyptian agent would help. I am Kirolos giurgius the car owner.
