I do lots of driving so this is very annoying cause I'll just be driving along and my cruise control will just randomly turn off.

Just purchased a used Jeep 2012 Wrangler, cruise control did not come on, took to dealer, come to find out there is an lifetime extended warranty on the clockspring and the mechanic was certain that is what it was, he replaced it and it still did the same (sometimes comes on, most times when driving it wont, but always shuts off) So he said it was the switch, so I ordered a new switch and installed it and it is still intermittent, like a bad connection somewhere
