The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the emergency brake failed to operate. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed, but the failure could not be located. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000. Updated 02/19/16 the consumer stated 2 cables needed to be fixed on the ebrake and the consumer would have to pay for the parts.
