Got my first code 0344 a few months ago. Replaced the cam position sensor . Lasted a week. Replaced it again. Lasted a day. replaced the crank position sensor. No effect at all. Engine runs fine til it hits operating temp over 175 deg. Then back to "Limp Mode". Tried replacing the PCM. The company sent me two, both of them for an auto tranny. Mine is a 6-speed Manual, NOT an auto. All this happened after raising the vehicle 1.5 inches to accommodate wider tires. And of course, all this long after both lockers went belly up (Neither one works, the light just blinks. Tested the locker with the wheels in the air, no locking at all on either axle) I have 187,000 (approx) and otherwise all works well. I just can't rev over 3,000 rpm. When it goes into Limp, the cruise control also quits. So, I don't know if this is all related or not, but maybe someone here is familiar with this and can come up with a solution
