The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that passengers cannot safely enter the vehicle because of how the front passenger side seat reclines forwards and backwards. He also stated that the floor spacing was too small for the passengers to enter the vehicle. The contact has not notified the dealer. There had been no failure to date. The powertrain was unknown. When the seat is reclined forward for a passenger to get in or out of the front passenger seats, the front seat falls back on the passenger. She also stated that while attempting to get in or out of the rear passenger seats, the passenger becomes tangled in the seat belt. The contact has a video recording of passengers attempting to get in and out of her vehicle. She stated that the vehicle should be recalled because it has a design flaw. The current mileage was 19,160 and failure mileage was 19,160.
