Left rear brake locks wheel when emergency stop or wet pavement. No visible defect by 2 brake shops. Happens when moving on dry or wet city streets.

Lost breaks on vehicle. Took vehicle to get fixed...was informed the break line was mounted against body and due to this and normal bouncing of the vehicle the metal cut through the break line.
