I called bay area Jeep dealerships (serramonte & putnam) regarding my 1995 Jeep Wrangler truck vibrations that developed over the last couple of weeks. Online that this has a name, - the Jeep death wobble. Two days ago, my vehicle shook so violently I almost lost control of my car, was able to pull off the freeway, vehicle continued to shake even at 20 mph, and the shaking broke the bolts on my roll bar. I spoke to "tracy" at the Chrysler corporation today who said that since there is no recall there is nothing the company can do, that I should fix this on my own and keep the receipts "in case there's a recall" which I find unacceptable. There is nothing I can find which indicates how this can be fixed. Cas and the NHTSA, which I plan to do. Please give me some direction here, I do not know how to fix this thing.
