Driver's seat belt failed to retract/ replaced at approximately 40000 miles. Now it needs to be replaced again. Also, passenger's side seat belt has to be replaced for the same reason.

Neither front seat belt will retract properly, even with 5-10 minutes of effort. Driver's side belt was replaced at no charge but problem has recurred with it as well.

The front passenger's seat belt will not retract and will not restrain in an accident. The driver's side will not come out of the casing at all. This is the second set of seatbelts put in.
