The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was determined that a software update was needed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer, Hollywood Chrysler Jeep (2100 N State Rd. 7, Hollywood, FL 33021); where it was diagnosed and determined that the infotainment screen needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was contacted and served with lemon law documents, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
