Ordered this Jeep in Feb 2016, didn't get it until July 27th. I thought the wind noise was a bit much when i first got it, but figured it's smaller vehicle, removable roof panels, etc (my other vehicle is a Durango, so i figured cheaper car, more wind noise, etc). then by mid August, the whistling started... got it in to the dealer, they supposedly were shipped the part for the passenger side, not the driver... etc. Took 3 trips to the dealer to get it fixed. Once for them to look at it and tell me they couldn't find anything wrong- i had already videoed it and sent that to them. So they ordered the part. Came back to get it replaced on a Thursday (drop off wed night), I heard nada from the dealer, so by Friday evening i called them and got the run around about why they never called and the wrong part had come in so they were waiting for the right one, but they went ahead and replaced the passenger side window seal "at no cost to me"... seriously? There was NOTHING wrong w/the passenger side one... whatever. so i pick it up, and then drop it off a week later once the part comes in... they replaced it. the whistle was gone, but still a lot of wind noise. and it is waving on the outside and looks like crap. Didn't wanna deal with the service dept again, so I'm just dealing with it. and through all of this... at one point they needed to add gas to the jeep to be able to test drive it ($6.01 worth). when it was finally fixed they seriously billed me for the gas. 3 trips and they used the damn gas to test it... whatever. Not impressed with Jeep so far.
