Our car caught fire. The only person capable of making a decision, Mr. Kon, has been no help at all. In fact he is one of the main reasons we have made no progress. The car has been in a dealership for a month with at least another 2 weeks of repairs. Mr. Kon refuses to provide any reasons why the car is in need of repair. I have written the president of Chrysler, Sergio Marchionne, and gotten no response. If this is the sort of service you get on an issue which is fully related to a defect, it is a wonder Chrysler will survive the next product downcycle.
