God Dammit Fiat Chrysler Automobiles - You're getting sloppy out here in the streets. Literally 4 days after I buy the 2016 Jeep Renegade my damn Instrument Cluster panel (SCREEN BEHIND STEERING WHEEL) shows my Light Hazard warning. After doing a quick PMI (PRIMARY MAINTENANCE INSPECTION) there isn't a damn thing wrong with my turning signals and parking break lights, its some sort of electrical malfunction.

Now first off, why the hell are there only like 2 Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler dealerships in Chicago? When I took the Jeep back to the Dealership the Mechanics were booked for 3 days, either your Mechanics are short staffed or they just didn't give a sh*t about my problem I don't know the fact of the matter is, they were so quick to determine the issue which is a (NEW INTERNAL SYSTEM BOARD) that I came to the conclusion that you guys were well aware of this issue and that you SOLD me the car anyways knowing that my ASS WILL BE BACK. That's hippopotamus sh*t, you guys are better than that to be selling cars knowing they will malfunction soon. It isn't convenient for the hard working Americans who work 9 to 5pm because do you know who also gets off at 1700hours? YOUR GOD DAMN MECHANICS!

Not only did I have to get my girlfriend to drop off the Jeep at 9:40am on her day off you assholes tell her to come back next week that you don't have the part yet. Now I am pissed you see, the problem may be small but its the principle here I am concerned with - Customer Satisfaction should be a priority from the start not when sh*t hits the fan. If you guys did your research, read the complaints, read the damn excel reports because nothing good ever comes from excel reports you guys would took that JEEP RENEGADE from your damn lot and would of did the upgrade before SELLING the car.

Get your sh*t together Fiat Chrysler Automobiles - I got a lot PRIDE in American cars and I won't settle for nothing less than perfection when I buying.

Literally 4 days later lol now it's going take 2 weeks to fix this. smh
