While I was making a sharp left turn through an intersection, my 1 year old Jeep (at that time) stalled including the engine and power steering. I was barely able to coast out of the intersection and get partly out of the road. It took several attempts before the car would start. This vehicle was well cared for. I immediately reported the problem to Reardon Jeep in Kirkland, WA and was basically called a liar. The service rep said that was “impossible†and refused to even document or investigate the complaint. I could have been killed if there had been traffic at the time. I had to trade to car in because I felt it was unsafe. I would NEVER buy another Jeep nor would I recommend one. The product and the service (or lack thereof) was horrible!
