CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Jeep Renegade has a very large volume of complaints for such a new model, especially compared to other SUVs in the same class.
Most Jeep Renegade complaints are for various problems with interior accessories & electrical systems, as well as squealing brakes, transmission (rough shifting) and engine problems.
The next day after purchasing my new 2015 Renegade, I noticed some water on the back seat carpet on the passenger side. I thought maybe a friend spilled water back there so I let it go and vacuumed it up the next day. Then the next day I noticed it again. So I sucked it up again and thought maybe rain leaked in. So the next day I saw it again and noticed it in the front carpet also. It didn't even rain prior to seeing it. So I am very upset that my new vehicle has a leaking issue. I had a friend look at it and he said that the AC is leaking into the car. This is a defect! I want a brand new car with no defect!
