rodent chewed through wire
My horn stopped working so I took my jeep in to get it fixed. To my suprise, the repair man said rodents chewed through my horn wire and it was not covered under the warranty. That's right, the might jeep is not rodent proof. I told the dealer that it should be covered and that I would be sure to tell the other SUV manufacturers. The laughed and took my money. I got a reply from GMC and Chevy, am waiting for responses from Toyota and Ford and Jeep. Chevy exhausted their resources and gave me the jeep customer service phone number. GMC was more understanding since I told them I had a Sierra for 17 years and had never had a rodent problem. I don't believe I had a rodent problem, I believe that jeep has a design problem! I will never buy another jeep, will never do business with Autonation Jeep of Roseville again (they overcharged me for the 10 minute repair), and find a new vehicle when the worthless warranty expires.
