After driving for a while, the engine and or trans starts to lag and isn't as powerful as it was first driving. Getting onto the interstate and trying to get up to speed is slow. When it lags it gives a kick, like you are being rear ended.
Update from May 1, 2019:
Further research, it looks like the CVT transmission has known lag and slippage issues.
