Essentially there was a grinding noise happening when in gear and driving. This noise went away when the clutch was engaged and can back when I let my foot off of it. Long story short ships in the area said they don't work on transmissions, and to reach out to transmission shops ect ect then dating may just need to replace it for thousands of dollars.
I figured out it was an input shaft bearing, want on YouTube https://youtu.be/Xs5V_5xlq4c?si=E1Dw5I4cqd8M7BOE found this video song with a few others and fixed it my self in my lane way. Definitely ensure that you have the tools down in the video as Normal bearing pullers won't work and the correct ones are even difficult to get in the right spot. But with correct to of amazon was $300-$400 and maybe 5 hours of my life. The video helps alot and I only pulled out one of the two bearings and it's sounds great.
