engine dumped all its oil and seized

My Jeep Patriot engine has had a terminal break down at a very low milage. I have a full service history on it and Jeep are not interested. Not very good for the reputation of a large company, I would think that they would inspect this engine realise there was a fault just waiting to happen and do the right thing and sort this problem out. the engine management system didn't warn me the engine just died, I had no chance to react. I feel gutted I loved that car
