Due to a dealership defect with my customized vehicle, the AC/heater cannot be repaired. Town and Country Jeep in Levittown New customized my 2011 Jeep Patriot and sever water leakage occurred through the interior dome light leaving my AC/heater and radio inoperable. Instead of the dealership repairing the leakage and servicing the AC/heater and the radio, they lied and stated that they were repairing my vehicle when in actuality they allowed my car to sit with all of this water inside and my car and the damages just got worst. Not only does the AC/heater not work, my car smells from the stagnant water that has sat in my car for over two months.
Chrysler had to intervene, my vehicle was removed to a second dealership with more problems than when I initially started and still my car remains inoperable because no one wants to repair the dealership malfunction due to the consequential damages. I paid cash for my vehicle from the start, never had a car note. The fact that Chrysler is allowing the dealership to get away with taking my money, giving me a false receipt and still refusing to do the repairs that they lied and said that they did is complete and utter lunacy. I have been without a vehicle for 2 months and it does not look as though my car will ever completely work again. If the dealership does the repairs that they lied and said that they did the other dealership that I took it to could ultimately complete the work.
I worked hard to save $30,000 to buy my Jeep outright and to tell me that my AC/heater will never work properly is completely absurd.
