I reviewed other complaints on this subject on different web sites, I saw on one site that someone with this issue did get theirs repaired by the dealer at no cost but the Jeep dealer in my town didn't seem to really care. I don't believe I've ever had a vehicle that a ball joint went out in 30,000 miles!
