Sudden unintended acceleration, seatbelts failed on second impact, airbag deployed after my head broke wind shield. Car accelerated in another moving vehicle and accelerated faster into a concrete wall. All on closed circuit video I am left with a traumatic brain injury, disabled
The drivers seatbelt doesn't latch. It takes several attempts to get it to latch. Otherwise it pulls out and you think it's latched. This is extremely unsafe !!!
The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Liberty. The contact stated that the rear driver's side seat belt seized and he was unable to disengage the seat belt. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The approximate failure mileage was 51,559.
