The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Liberty. Whenever the horn was engaged, there was a delayed response. The horn pad, located in the center of the steering wheel, required repeated attempts in order to activate because it did not allow the driver to press anywhere to sound the horn. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 5.
