The contact owns 2010 Jeep Liberty. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the hot air from the defroster would not reach the windshield in order to defrost it after a snow storm. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer for repairs because he stated that the defroster worked but the design was flawed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The VIN was unavailable. The approximate failure mileage was 6,700. Updated 2/23/11
Windows on the 2007 Jeep Liberty fall for no apparent reason. 4th time to happen - 3 windows to date. Talked with dealership and they said they now have a more permanent fix and that it requires replacing the window as well.
