Okay, so I owned a 2004 Jeep Liberty Limited for 6 years. Loved the car, but major gripe was the rear passenger driver side window - regulator just died on me one day. Fixed it twice. I loved the Jeep overall, and decided that it was time to get a newer vehicle. I purchased a used 2009 Jeep Liberty Limited, 30,000 miles on the clock. I purchased the vehicle September 22, 2010. October 22 2010.....at drive in and go to close the rear passenger window (after this being the grand total of second time using that window)......clunk and nothing....yup window regulator dead. I haven't even made my first payment on the new vehicle and the exact same window died as was on my 2004 Liberty. Chrysler - stand up and take responsibility, this needs to be recalled and have this issue fixed. I obviously am a loyal Jeep driver.......but I have to say this is seriously making me consider if I would buy another Jeep Liberty again. Right now I have a new used vehicle stuck in my garage until I can get in to the dealership to have it fixed.....not really a great marketing ploy for someone who has owned the vehicle for about 30 days.!!!!!!! Toyota stood up and took responsibility for it's issues......Chrysler it is your turn!
