This isn't just happening with my car, I found many people with the same issue, Also if you drive this car you can't even talk, hear the others because it is too loud, thank you for the sky liner design. I bought this crap because the big sunroof ( skyliner) and now it is broken. I don't get any help whatsoever from the dealer. They just want to sell a $3000 warranty package ...Planning to sue the JEEP.
My 2009 Jeep Liberty Sky Roof is stuck in OPEN POSITION. Not a good thing for theft or weather protection. Went to dealer ship...they said $110 to find problem then called need additional $110 to continue looking for problem. They Manually cranked it shut. Not sure if I will now have leak problems. But can't use Sky Roof at this point. Seems they should be able to find the problem in less then an hour and be able to fix it without process of elimination. Plus it is not covered under any warranty!!! Sounds like a Manufacturing problem to me!
