My car was always garaged at my residence - was never left outside overnight of the garage until the beginning of March, 2014. It was during that time, I noticed a damp spot around the ceiling of the driver's door. At first I thought maybe I had left my driver's side window cracked open. That spot dried and then the same thing occurred again. This time it was saturated with water. My window was closed. I called Salerno Duane where I purchased the vehicle and was told that since the warranty was expired, it would be my responsibility. I told them that they knew there were problems with the leaks and only if I knew, I would have left the vehicle outside while the warranty was still valid. There is no excuse. What a rip off. The problem still exists. I got lousy service after they got my cash purchase at the Dealership from day one and I've made myself a promise that Chrysler products are not on my list any longer. It's unfortunate that in order to trade this vehicle in, I will not get the higher value I deserve. Chrysler should be made to repair this. Also, the driver's seat broke. It was not because of my weight nor the servicemen where I have the vehicle serviced. It is jsut a piece of crap. So, Chrysler, keep on selling your pieces of crap products to honest individuals and sleep good every night. It's one thing to have it all now but it's another when you can't take it with you when the good Lord calls you.
