Seat fascia not repaired under extended warranty. Part & labor not covered under original or extended warranties.
Update from Jun 4, 2013: Factory part replaced at local dealership. Parts & labor were not covered under original or extended warranties. Fast forward to March 2013 & 44,000 miles...the same replacement driver's seat outer fascia (plastic panel that holds electric seat switch) broke again. And yes, I had to pay out of pocket again for parts & labor. My service technician stated that the part has a design flaw. The plastic clip that attaches the fascia wears each time you get in or out of he seat until the plastic fails under fatigue.
