This complaint in regards to the blower motor. I contacted Chrysler about the blower motor on my Jeep because this is the second time I've had a problem with it. The first time was taken care of because it was still under warranty after my purchase in 2014. But it has gone out again. This time the blower motor had gotten so hot that it melted the wire casing of the wires. This could have caused a fire. The company said that since it's not under warranty it's not there problem. I feel that someone should look into the problem with the blower motors. I had also contacted the dealership because there had been a recall on trailer hitch. While I was on the phone with them I asked about the blower motor. They said that there wasn't a recall on it. But the person I spoke to had said he has the same vehicle and the same thing happened to him and that he had to pay for the repairs. This is an obvious problem with this model blower motor and Chrysler should take it seriously before someone gets injured or killed because it starts a fire. I was just lucky enough that mine didn't catch fire.
