The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Liberty 4X4. While driving 55 mph, the contact was motioned to pull over by another driver. She pulled over and noticed that the driver side front wheel was turned inward. There were no warning indicators. The vehicle was towed to a Chrysler dealer. The cause of failure was diagnosed as a cracked control handle on the driver side front wheel. The vehicle has not been repaired. The current and failure mileages were 4,000.
