Have been waiting to have recall completed on my Jeep Liberty 2006 for trailer hitch since last summer, still my dealer tells me Chrysler has not supplied the parts. This ridiculous! I recently got another recall notice advising to contact my dealer, which I did, still no parts and have no idea when they will be in, and are unwilling to contact me when parts arrive.
