After buying jeep, I noticed when driving on slight upgrade, my jeep starts stuttering as if not able to downshift. If I floor it, I can speed up hill. I can either creep up hill or fly. No in between. And it also surges downhill on its own.

I have searched this problem on the internet and there are thousands of complaints about this transmission problem and I think it should be addressed by the Recall system. People pay alot of money for these vehicles and they should not have to pay to have these problems fixed.
