This is a correction and addition to ODI 10098071. I made a left turn at about 10 mph. After the turn the vehicle skidded, hit curb and flipped. A police officer witnessed the incident and said that it appeared that the anti-lock brakes did not react. The car is also equipped with enhanced accident response system which obviously did not react.

While driving 35 mph consumer made an attempt to pass another vehicle. Upon applying the brakes consumer lost directional control at low speed. Passenger's front tire bead broke, resulting in vehicle fishtailing.
Failure of brakes to stop in time to avoid a crash. Two crashes, one of which totaled the vehicle according to two body shops and an independant adjuster. Three near intersection collision during wet weather. Vehicle has been taken in to ingram park auto center for brake complaints, and I was told the brakes wre fine!!
