The contact owns a 2003 Jeep Liberty. The contact stated that the automatic windows would unexpectedly open and could not be closed. The dealer diagnosed that there was a window regulator failure. The contact stated that the failure was a continual occurrence. The failure mileage was unavailable and the current mileage was 86,000.... updated 10/17/11 the manufacturer offered to repair the vehicle for $115 copay. Chrysler repaired the vehicle free of charge on Jan 10, 2011. Then fixed it six months later. The window has since fallen into the door again. Updated 10/28/11
