While driving my Jeep Liberty on the freeway I suddenly heard a loud clanking noise. At about the same time I realized my engine was dead and I coasted off of the freeway. My Jeep would not restart and I had to have assistance to push it to a gas station. I called a towing company and had it towed to a Jeep dealership where I was treated very rudely and horribly over a 3 to 4 week period where they requested numerous oil change receipts and berated me over the phone each time I called to check the progress of my vehicle. After providing them with my maintenance records Chrysler still had the audacity to turn down the claim. I have changed the oil every 3 thousand miles with receipts to prove it. They are accusing me faulty maintenance and refuse to fix the vehicle. My vehicle has 41,000 miles on it and I have a 70,000 mile warranty. According to Chrysler they are not responsible for it. How do they get away with this?
