Major electrical problems....dash went dead, wipers dead, power door locks dead, tail gate latch released, no headlights, no speedometer, all shut off while driving in the rain at night at 65 mph.
Radio/cd player quit working and the display blinks on and off with radio turned on or off and noticed a clicking sound from within the dash. Also from time to time the dome light would come on without intervention.
While traveling at 75 mph consumer states the panel under the steering wheel fell onto the drivers feet. Consumer states took to dealer and dealer stated the knee bolster packing plate fell off. Cause is unknown.
I got recall for dash board under steering column stating it needed to be fixed because of possible problem of falling off while driving causing a major accident.. took vehicle in for recall. One week later while driving, the dash board under steering column fell off and landed on my feet. I had to stop my vehicle in the road to remove dash. Returned to dealership and complained. They put piece back on. Now, approximately two months later the same piece fell off again. If this is a recall, the fix is worse than the original !!!!!
